Trees found in Europe have increased global warming, a new study finds.
Six months ago we find out that Scientists behind assumptions in IPPC climate models had fudged their figures by using a flawed process to estimate the number of trees on the earth, they now admit there are over 3 Trillion trees on the planet whereas based on earlier satellite imagery their assumptions built into the UN IPCC approved Models promoted as settled science included an estimate of only 400 billion. oops small error.
Late last year we also were told that oops China the biggest emitter of anthropogenic CO2 had been fudging the figures by under reporting the amount of coal it has been burning by about 17% and under reporting its total emissions by 20% to 40%.
(check this link and related stories below)http://www.academia.edu/18099422/Revisiting_Chinas_CO_emissions_after_the_Transport_and_Chemical_Evolution_over_the_Pacific_TRACE-P_mission_Synthesis_of_inventories_atmospheric_modeling_and_observations
So we now know that at least two of the most important assumptions relating to fundamental elements of total emissions and take-up in the CO2 cycle have been grossly inaccurate for the whole period throughout which the UN, the IPCC and an excited left progressive media have bombarded us with propaganda insisting that the science was settled.
Well here we find another whopper fact of major relevance to any computer model purporting to accurately represent the Atmospheric thermal energy budget and its sensitivity to any increase in anthropogenic CO2, that oops was missed by the scientists who stood so adamantly behind the models.
It would now appear these agents of the UN responsible for the greatest fraud of our time can hardly be considered true scientists.
A new study looking at a significant change in the composition of Major Forests in Europe suggests convincingly that this change may have made a significant contribution to any Increase in Global Warming over the past 260 years
An international team of researchers have shown that in spite of afforestation and forest managements to slow down global warming by removing CO2 from the atmosphere, planting the wrong type of trees may actually exacerbate it.
Led by the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l’Environnement – Institut Pierre Simon Laplace (LSCE/IPSL) in France in collaboration with researchers from the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology (MPI-M), the study states that light-coloured broad-leavened species, such as oak and birch, have been replaced by darker-coloured conifers, such as pines and spruce. The conifers are darker and absorbs and retains more heat, increasing the surface temperatures by 0.12 degrees Celsius.

The research team reconstructed European land use and forest management in the past 260 years and calculated that nearly 85 percent of trees were managed by humans. Foresters have planted more trees that absorb more heat mainly due for commercial purposes.
By choosing commercially valuable tree species, forestation has contributed to climate change instead of alleviating it. Apart from this, extracting wood from forests untouched by humans and using these forests for commercial purposes have also released trapped carbon into the atmosphere. The carbon has been stored in the biomass, dead wood, litter and soil of the forests.
Additionally, lead author Kim Naudts from the Max Planck Institute says that even forests that are well-managed today are not as effective in storing carbon than the trees in 1750. Apparently, the trees absorb 3.1 billion tonnes less CO2 than they used to do, Scientific American notes.
“Our results show that not all forest management contributed to climate change mitigation,” Naudts concludes. “The key question is now: can we design a forest management strategy that cools the climate and at the same time sustains wood production and other ecosystem services?”
China underreporting coal consumption by up to 17%, data suggests
Revelation may mean China has emitted close to a billion additional tonnes of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere each year.
China, the world’s largest carbon emitter, has been dramatically underreporting the amount of coal it consumes each year, it has been claimed ahead of key climate talks in Paris.

Official Chinese data, reported by the New York Times on Wednesday after being quietly released earlier this year, suggests China has been burning up to 17% more coal each year than previously disclosed by the government.
The revelation – which may mean China has emitted close to a billion additional tonnes of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere each year – could complicate the fight against global warming ahead of the United Nations climate change conference in Paris, which begins on 30 November.
In 2012 China consumed 600m more tonnes of coal – or more than 70% of the United States’ annual total – than previously disclosed, according to the revised data.
China’s national bureau of statistics did not immediately confirm the report. However, speaking at a coal conference in Beijing, an adviser to the natural resources defence council said: “The new figures are more accurate than before.”
Zhou Fengqi, the adviser, told AFP the updated figures “more accurately reflect the situation”.
Yang Fuqiang, a former Chinese energy official who advises the Natural Resources Defense Council in the US, told the New York Times: “This will have a big impact, because China has been burning so much more coal than we believed.”
“It turns out that it was an even bigger emitter than we imagined. This helps to explain why China’s air quality is so poor, and that will make it easier to get national leaders to take this seriously.”

The report came as Chinese prime minister, Li Keqiang, said his country had a duty to humanity to bring its emissions under control.
Speaking during a visit to China by the French president, François Hollande, Li said: “For a great many years, we consumed too much energy and resources to achieve our development, and this model has since become unsustainable.”
Li Shuo, the senior climate and energy policy officer for Greenpeace East Asia, said the revised data suggested a gap between official statistics and what was happening on the ground.
“It is quite a lot more than previously reported – it is basically equivalent to the whole national consumption of Germany, and Germany is a large coal-consumption country in Europe.”
However, Li, who said environment experts and policymakers had been aware of the higher numbers since the start of this year, cautioned against an overly bleak reading of the figures.
China is the world’s largest consumer of coal, with Chinese miners digging up 3.87bn tonnes last year alone.
“China’s coal consumption probably won’t get as high as what we saw for the past decade,” he said. “At [the very] least we are seeing a plateauing period now, which is quite significant.”
Beijing was accused of wrecking climate talks in Copenhagen in 2009 by opposing legally binding emissions cuts.
But Li predicted China – which has pledged to hit “peak emissions” and make 20% of its energy mix renewable by 2030 – would play a more constructive role in Paris.
“China is making a lot of effort and is actually getting quite proactive these days compared to six years ago in Copenhagen. Part of the reason is that they realise that their emissions portfolio is undergoing a fundamental change and that is working in their favour. That gives them the confidence … [to act] in a more positive way.”
Lin Boqiang, the director of Xiamen University’s China centre for energy economics research, also downplayed the impact the revised coal data would have on the Paris talks.
“What people want to know about at the Paris summit are China’s future emissions projections. We should look forward rather than backward,” he said. “China does have huge carbon emissions but if we look forward China’s emissions will soon peak and begin to fall.”

Earth has 3 trillion trees but they’re falling at alarming rate.
Earth is home to just over 3 trillion trees – the redwoods of California, the olive trees of Tunisia, the cherry trees of Japan, the eucalyptus of Australia and so many more – but they are being lost at an alarming rate because of human activities.
Those are the findings of researchers who on Wednesday unveiled the most comprehensive assessment of global tree populations ever conducted, using data including satellite imagery and ground-based tree density estimates from more than 400,000 locations worldwide.
The estimate of 3.04 trillion trees – an estimated 422 for every person – is about eight times higher than a previous estimate of 400 billion trees that was based on satellite imagery but less data from the ground.

Meanwhile Australian government is firing 350 climate scientists because it finally believes the scientists were correct that the science has been settled……if settled, we don’t need the scientists anymore! There job is done…… Time to put the engineers and techs back to work to catch up with the exponentially increasing electrical demand. And besides, the renewable energy solutions are much more expensive…;-) http://dailycaller.com/2016/02/08/the-science-is-settled-so-australia-will-fire-100-climate-scientists/

It’s all well and good to reveal the science as a sham. It would be even better to reveal WHY it is a sham. To do that one has to reveal Maurice Strong’s UN Agenda 21, the ultimate control of the energy supply and the means of production by means of the world elite. Strong needed a crisis to fight, and he declared global warming to be the perfect ruse by which to “save the planet from itself”, simultaneously gaining control of the economic and energy framework. Reveal THAT in all its glory, and the crony socialist house of cards will begin to collapse.

They miscounted trees, the trees aren’t absorbing as much CO2 as they should be and China wasn’t honest about its emissions so your foregone conclusion is that man caused climate change is a hoax. Not sure it all adds up to what you think it is.

If the basic measurable inputs or obvious and provable facts to your climate model are proved wrong, your assumptions are flawed and politically biased and your predicted or modelled outcomes are further and further from the observed and measured factual outcomes year after year with an increasing degree of separation from reality and observable fact over 18 years. Then regardless of what you might think, or I might think, to say the science is settled is grossly fraudulent and far from scientific.
